The Standard — Terms & Conditions

1. Event Participation

By submitting an application to The Standard: Muslim Athlete Summit, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete. Attendance is subject to review and approval. AMAL HOUSE and SIRAAT Strategies reserve the right to accept or decline any application at their sole discretion.

2. Attendance & Conduct

All attendees are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and professional manner throughout the event. AMAL HOUSE reserves the right to remove any attendee who violates this standard without refund or recourse.

3. Photo & Video Release

If you consent to photo and video coverage, you grant AMAL HOUSE and SIRAAT Strategies a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use your likeness captured at the event for promotional, educational, and marketing purposes across any media.

4. Privacy

Your personal information collected through this application will be used solely for event administration and communication purposes. We will not sell or share your information with third parties without your consent.

5. Cancellation & Changes

AMAL HOUSE reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel the event due to circumstances beyond its control. Registered attendees will be notified via email of any significant changes.

6. Liability

By attending The Standard, you agree to hold AMAL HOUSE, SIRAAT Strategies, their officers, volunteers, and partners harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your participation in the event.
